KATINA IS STANDING UP FOR KNOX COUNTY

A mom, Presbyterian minister, and community organizer, Katina Sharp knows that a better future for Knox County is possible if we work for it. We deserve a leader who will work to deliver good jobs, strong public schools, smart growth, housing we can afford, and more transparent and accessible county government.

Katina is running for County Commission anchored by the Knox County values of kindness, honesty, and doing right by our neighbors. Chip in to elect a progressive, community-driven voice to local government:

Meet Katina

Katina is a mom of four boys, pastor at Powell Presbyterian Church, and Cedar Bluff neighbor standing up to fight for a stronger future for Knox County.

Katina’s faith fuels her vision of a local government that fights back against injustice in every forms — from seeing families struggling to afford to stay in Knox County, to public schools being underfunded, to opportunities to thrive in this community too often being dependent on your zip code.

In this pivotal moment for our community, Katina is stepping up to serve all of Knox County as County Commissioner At-Large. She knows government works best when communication is transparent and residents have a seat at the table.
